- We reserve the right to cancel any customer for any reason at any time.
- Principle of "Manned Operation" This means that a customer may use a single connection from one computer at a time for as long as that one customer can sit in front of that computer and operate it.
- This principle does not mean that a customer can't walk away from the computer for a minute, But it does mean that any user suspect of using programs to just keep the modem line open while the user is away from their computer will be subject to being disconnected. "Unmanned Operation" is not permitted.
- The process of auto checking email at excessive levels or the setting of Auto Ping scripts is prohibited.
- Commercial accounts are provided for dedicated full time access "Unmanned operation" and are prearranged with foothill.net.
- Proper behavior is a must. Anyone caught or reported as being rude or abusive to others is subject to being disconnected.
- Spamming is PROHIBITED.... Spamming is Emailing to a large group or list of addresses a message that is unsolicited or unrelated to a lists topic.
- Excessive Cross Posting to UseNet News.... Posting the same message or graphic to several UseNet News Groups that may be unrelated or over duplication is prohibited.
- Posting of Adult or X-Rated Graphics or articles in Groups or Directories other than those specified for the purpose is cause for immediate cancellation from the system.
- Password sharing is prohibited. Using one username or IBO# for several users is actually ILLEGAL and punishable by law. It is considered stealing. Anyone caught using a single account for multiple logins is subject to cancellation.
- TeamGlobalNet.Com is not responsible for the quality or content of any data sent received or stored on or through its servers.
- TeamGlobalNet.Com is NOT responsible for the loss of any data stored or transferred via Internet.
- TeamGlobalNet.Com Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.
- TeamGlobalNet.Com disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service.
- TeamGlobalNet.Com also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you or others.
I have read, understand and agree to the TeamGlobalNet.Com terms of service agreement. I am aware that from time to time terms or policies may change without notice and that it is my responsibility to keep informed. I understand this authorization is to remain in full force and in effect until TeamGlobalNet.Com has received written notification from me of its termination in such time and such manner as to afford the company and depositor a reasonable opportunity to process. I have the right to stop payment of a debit entry (deduction) from my bank account or credit card and to notify TeamGlobalNet.Com, 10 days or more before this payment is scheduled to be processed. I understand that there will be a $20.00 handling charge for any transfers that are rejected by my bank for any reason. I understand that I am responsible for the entire period(s) payment. If I cancel during the period, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Early cancellation of a 6-Month Plan will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee and prorated as if switched to the monthly plan. Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the first day of each billing cycle in order to avoid current charges.
